90's Black Wool Felt Mushroom Hat by Fred Hasson colourful Open cuff so slightly adjustableThrow on a piece of NYC hat designer history with this Fred Hasson topper Made from a soft and malleable black wool felt, this hat features a tall, rounded crown that may seemingly be worn two different ways (although I do believe the original intention is to dimple or flatten the top of the crown, when I acquired it the crown was fully rounded I've photographed both alternative styles of wear). The extra wide brim is curled evenly around, and is
