70's Floral Flower Power Belted Maxi Skirt baby gift Mesh pockets as seen inVtg 1970s flower power hippie floral elastic waist tie belt maxi skirt. The hem of the skirt says the fabric is from "French fabrics international original design" and has a ribbed texture. Marked a 14 but fits more like a medium, please refer to measurements. Small spot on the waistband that has not been treated, can be covered with the tie belt.
