Concieved from small, older vineyard parcels, its name Dorfkultur reflects the communal essence of village grown fruit. Certified organic, its made in a minimalist, terroir focused style: hand harvested grapes, spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, with some neutral wood contact but no new oak influence.
