Insignia in bronze with red, white, blue and black enamels, mounted to a silvered brass spread winged eagle base, measuring 43. 7 mm (w) x 57. 5 mm (h), vertical pinback, one of the four red enamelled portions in the crown has been lost to time, otherwise, the enamels are intact, the pinback missing its pin slider, streaking evident on the reverse, better than very fine.
