Constructed of silvered and blackened bronze, on loop for suspension from a War Merit Cross II Class ribbon with classic Spanish style buckle and horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Patte with ribbed and silvered arms with a blackened core, the obverse with a central mobile swastika, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse six oclock arm
