Germany, Ordnungspolizei. A Third Reich Police Eight-Year Long Service Medal Archive Instituted in 1868(Polizei Dienstauszeichnung fr 8 Dienstjahre). A medal constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse depicts a standard Polizei style eagle motif, the reverse inscribed with the number 8 and circumscribed with Fr treue Dienste in der Polizei, measures 37. 09 mm in diameter, on suspension loop from period original blue ribbon, and in fine condition.
